LEADERSHIP

JACK STEVEN – CEO and thought leader

Jack Steven was chair of Thought Culture Productions.  As an A&R executive in the UK, Jack developed The Eurythmics and in 1983 the single Sweet Dreams (Are Made of This) reached the top of the US and UK charts.  Jack similarly developed Nigerian-born British singer-songwriter Sade (Smooth Operator) and Swede Neneh Cherry (Buffalo Stance).  Jack developed Jamiroquai, Soul II Soul and the music label Ministry of Sound.  He’s managed the publishing work from acts such as The Rolling Stones, The Beatles, The Who, T Rex and Elton John.  He ran the A&R divisions for Paramount Films, RCA Records, CBS Records and MCA Records.  Jack was product manager for artists such as David Bowie and George Michael.  Jack continues to develop local acts in Dallas such as Mystery Skulls and Cure for Paranoia.  

NAT LEAKEY – HEAD OF BUSINESS

Nat brings requisite skills in business, leadership, and marketing to Thought Culture Productions.  He has an undergraduate degree in Economics from the University of Oklahoma while completing a similar course at Dundee, Scotland.  While working at Dallas-based Fortune-500 Centex, he completed his MBA from The University of Texas.  At Centex, Nat lead the formation and management of its senior living division.  He was the co-founder and co-principle of The Cottages Senior Living. He was a successful buyer/seller of music for Rizzoli Books, Shakespeare Beethoven & Co. and Sound Warehouse. His musical compositions have been featured in commercials, art installations, award-winning short films, and feature films, including work in the 2011 Dallas International Film Festival.

The Texas Revolution


The Texas Revolution were an American professional indoor football team and a founding member of Champions Indoor Football. The Revolution were based in Allen and Frisco, Texas, within the Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex.

In June 2017 we entered into a corporate partnership agreement with the team to be its official video production company.


Southern Comfort

TCP was hired to produce an ad spot for the liquor company. Our creatives used our new Blackmagic cinematic 4K cameras and an incredible setup at one of the guys’ apartments to produce this! I was beyond proud of them.
